Hi! I'm Ms. Tasha

Founder, Educator, LME, LMT

Welcome to Spa Bevvy! I have dedicated my career to the art and science of skincare and aesthetics, serving as an educator, practitioner, and consultant. With over 15 years of experience in this dynamic field, my journey is a testament to my passion for empowering spa professionals.

My Journey

My career began in 2004 when I graduated in skincare and became a licensed aesthetician. I honed my skills in various salons and spas before transitioning into education in 2007. I started teaching skincare at the Florida College of Natural Health and eventually expanded my expertise to Academy Career Training and Cortiva Institute. Over the years, I progressed from a teaching assistant to a part-time instructor, then full-time instructor, and ultimately to the roles of Education Manager and Dean of Students. I also served as the National Program Coordinator, where I was responsible for creating curricula used in skin care programs nationwide.

My passion for education didn't stop there. As a training educator for Naturopathica, where I shared my knowledge and passion for natural skincare. I also founded my own company, Monique Cosmetique, to further contribute to the industry. Through Monique Cosmetique, I offer continuing education courses designed to empower licensed professionals to stay updated on the latest industry advancements. These courses aim to help licensed professionals stay current with industry advancements.

Outside of the classroom, I have worked as a medical aesthetician for Advanced Dermatology, working directly with patients to help them achieve their best skin health. Currently, I'm the Training and Education Coordinator for Topix Pharmaceuticals, a leading medical-grade skincare company. In this role, I also coordinate training sessions and teach providers and staff how to best pair skincare products with their treatments.

My Mission

My career has been a fulfilling blend of education, hands-on practice, and leadership. I'm passionate about empowering others with the knowledge and techniques to enhance their professional growth and improve patient outcomes. Every step of my journey has reinforced my belief in the transformative power of education and the importance of staying current with industry trends.

Spa Bevy is a membership site, designed to create a sense of community for spa industry professionals. Bringing together like minded therapists through exclusive online courses community forums and live workshops. I am passionate about helping my members find confidence in their abilities, seeing therapist reach that "Ah-Ha" moment and helping them overcome obstacles and fears.
