Spa Bevy Terms & Conditions – 2025-2026

Please READ carefully. By purchasing this product, the following Terms and Conditions are entered into by Spa Bevy LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) and you (“Client” or “you”), and you agree to the following terms in this Agreement. The Company and you may be referred to collectively as “Parties” in this Agreement.

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

PROGRAMS & SERVICES

Spa Bevy Membership

We agree to provide access to the Spa Bevy Membership (“Program”), which includes:

Access to the Spa Bevy Resource Vault and community forum.
Weekly motivational content and prompts.
Monthly live Q&A coaching calls (recordings available while your membership is active).
Discounts on CE courses and workshops.
Access to exclusive digital resources and bonuses as offered at enrollment.

Membership is active for one (1) year from the date of purchase and will renew annually unless canceled.

The First 90 Program

We also agree to provide access to The First 90 (“Program”), which includes:

Twelve (12) structured weekly modules with lessons and assignments (Monday–Friday).
Weekly live calls (typically Saturdays) with replays available until the end of the Program.
Access to course workbooks, templates, and training videos.
A private participant group for accountability and discussion, accessible until the end of the Program.

From time to time, the Company may offer bonuses (such as additional trainings or resources). You will be entitled to any bonuses offered at the time of enrollment, but bonuses are not guaranteed for the lifespan of the Program.

FEES & PAYMENTS

Spa Bevy Membership: $149 annual membership fee (non-refundable once the billing cycle has started).
The First 90 Program: $999 early registration or $1,999 standard registration.

Payment is required at checkout via approved methods (credit, debit, or installment options when available). By completing your purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically.

REFUNDS

Spa Bevy Membership: No refunds will be issued after purchase. Membership may be canceled at renewal to avoid future charges.
The First 90 Program: You may submit a written refund request no later than 11:59 PM EST on March 31, 2026.No refunds will be issued after that date for any reason.

Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate removal from all Spa Bevy programs, resources, and communities.

DISCLAIMERS

Participation does not create an employee, joint venture, or partnership relationship.
Spa Bevy and its instructors are not providing medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice. All content is for educational purposes only.
Your results will vary based on your individual effort, circumstances, and market conditions. No guarantees of income, employment, or business growth are made.

USERNAME, PASSWORD & CONFIDENTIALITY

You agree to keep your login credentials private and not share content with non-members.
You agree to respect the privacy of other participants. Sharing or distributing Spa Bevy materials without permission is strictly prohibited.

COMMUNITY CONDUCT

You agree to:

Treat all members with respect. Discrimination, harassment, or hate speech of any kind will not be tolerated.
Keep the Spa Bevy community a pitch-free zone (no promoting or selling of your own programs, products, or services).
Follow the community guidelines provided at enrollment.

Violation of these terms may result in removal without refund.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Spa Bevy content (videos, documents, graphics, logos, templates, and training materials) is owned by the Company. Your purchase grants you a single-use, non-transferable license for personal use only.

FORCE MAJEURE

Spa Bevy shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events outside of our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or technology outages.

TERMINATION

Spa Bevy reserves the right to terminate your access to Programs or Membership if you violate these Terms. No refunds will be provided in the event of termination.

TEXT MESSAGES & COMMUNICATION

If you consent to receive communications, you may receive program updates, reminders, or marketing via text or email. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE.

FINAL NOTE
